Take a Hike!

Hello Readers!

Sorry for leaving for awhile but I have been busy with other things, this will be a long blog post, it will not be long in words but in pictures. I will write another post soon about the technology sector and what I’ve been learning.

On Thursday we went to the Bruce Trail and it was really amazing as you will see from the pictures! We went hiking and I had the camera!

This is a Waterfall. Notice how the water falls, thus the name “Waterfall”.

 IMG_0696
An amazing overhead shot of the bottom of the waterfall.

IMG_0697
Now here is a picture of the top of the waterfall through some brush.

IMG_0698
another brushy picture. :)

IMG_0702
Now these next two pictures(in my opinion) are really awesome! :D

IMG_0703
Again. Is it not just amazing?

 IMG_0709
The Great wall of Chi- err I mean Canada.

IMG_0710
This is a faraway shot of the waterfall I previously had pics of on here.

IMG_0714
Here is another picture of the waterfall.

IMG_0715
A Fence of trees.

IMG_0716
This part of the Tree fence decided to lie down on the job. No Really!!

IMG_0724
Some Canadese(New word) walking along The Great Wall of Canada

IMG_0727
And here is another view of the waterfall. It was too amazing not to take so many pictures.

IMG_0729
Ok this is probably the last picture of the Fall, But I’m not promising.

IMG_0731
This is Zoe, She is my sister. And I took this picture cause I thought maybe it would look cool with the light shining on her face.

IMG_0733
I don’t know what this is. Ah yes trees and shrubbery and the waterfall through it all. Good thing I didn’t promise. Eh?

This is where I pressed the delete key as I decided not to put this picture in.

IMG_0740
A little mini waterfall.

IMG_0741
And again, I took a video of it and it turned out really cool! :D

IMG_0742
Trees on a hill. With leaves on the ground.

IMG_0743
Raging rapids!! only 1” high.

IMG_0750
So I was taking a few pictures but they weren’t turning out correctly, till I turned off the flash. This is a flashless(Ok for all the new words I will go (NW). NW)  picture of the tree in the reflection of the water.

IMG_0752
Bonna in the elven(Apparently a NW) woods with the light creeping in. Was that poetic?

IMG_0761
A picture upstream. This was kind of hard to take cause the camera kept wanting to go down stream. ‘Tis hard to be a photographer. :(

IMG_0762
A Picture of the stream with a waterfall.

IMG_0766
This was a cool little puddle, it was sort of a murky red, as you can see in the shadow, so I snapped another flashless(Still a NW) picture of it with the tree reflecting in the blueish(NW) looking part.

IMG_0768
Ben in the woods. Look at those trees, they look hungry.

IMG_0769
Another interesting picture of the trees in the stream.

IMG_0775
Honestly, I did not take this picture. I was like oh my goodness, the paparazzi has caught up to me again, my cover is blown.

IMG_0781
Here is a cool picture of Mom and Adam.

IMG_0783
PJ. He is kinda short against the railings. Eh?

IMG_0791
That was not me. That was an impersonator.

Another photo I decided to delete.

IMG_0796
FIRE ROUTE!! GET OUT OF THE WAY!!! Oh that is the fire truck. JK. :)

IMG_0810
Zoe walking up to the camera mischievously.

So I’m glad – I mean sad to say that that is the end of the images. I hope that you thoroughly enjoyed them and that you will post comments about the pictures and please do tell which is your favorite picture! :)

I would like to ask all of you to keep the Crisp family in your prayers as they found there teenage son Brandon dead in Oro-Medonte township. I’m sure it must be really hard for the family. I’m sure they would appreciate prayer through this tough time.

I have some other work to do before the day is out so, as always, if you liked this blog post please vote for it by clicking on the vote link below my profile link. And please visit my website at www.beeboent.com

10 programs to boost computer Performance, Maintenance and Productivity

Here is a little list of programs that I hand picked that are really good for computer maintenance, performance and productivity. I hope you find them useful.
Products are listed in alphabetical order.

Ad-Aware
By Lavasoft. This program is excellent for removing Ad-Aware and Spyware. I'm actually running it right now. 4 Versions of this program, Free, Plus, Pro and Enterprise.

Automatic Updates/Windows Update
This is where you go to download all the updates, patches and other things to secure your computre and keep up to date.

Avast
This Anti-Virus program I use a lot. It is by Alwil. On clients computer they had an Anti-Virus software that comes pre-installed on computers, I removed it and installed Avast, got rid of close to one hundred viruses. You can get a free Home version or a paid Professional version.

AVG
AVG is another Anti-Virus program worth mentioning, I haven't used it in awhile, but am planning on using it in the next month. This one comes packed with Anti-Spyware. Just like Avast you can get this in a Paid Version or Free. Here is the link for the Free Version.

Remember, if you get the paid version, you may not be fully protected.

CCleaner
This program is a really good program by Piriform I use it a lot, and install it on all my computer clients computers.
Really boosts performance and even start-up time. I had a computer that took five minutes to start-up after using this start-up time was about one minute.
It Cleans the Registry, Temporary Files, Memory Dumps, Logs, and more!

ChkDsk
This is a command prompt utility, I use it a lot for fixing computers that don't want to boot.
There are a few command line options for this. “Chdsk /f /x” is one of the main ones I use, it asks if you want to schedule on the next boot.

JKDefrag
By Kessels. This utility is really good for optimizing your dirty, cluttered hard drive. I ran this on a hard drive that was extremely dirty, it took a few good hours to do, but after that, I noticed an incredible increase in speed.

Recuva
Also by Piriform. Thankfully I haven't needed to use this program very much, but when I do it is there. I once deleted a lot of my files and folders on accident. I wish I had this program when that happened.

Revo Uninstaller
Now this program is by VS Revo Group. I went looking for a program to uninstall my files to see if I can find one that does a better job than Windows, And it looks very promising I must say. It even has this cool little hunter mode! :D

WinRar
By Rarlab. This utility is great for zipping and unzipping files/folders. I use this a lot. It is installed on all my computers.

Well There you have it, 10 pieces of software that will help you with your computer. I hope you will enjoy them, and tell other people about them.
