Very Early Morning, Sunday September 26th: We left our cottage whilst it was dark out. Zack and I were in the mini van.
Early Morning, Sunday September 26th: We swerved on the road a bit cause of sand and water, it was quite a thrill!! :D lol
Somewhat Early morning, Sunday September 26th: We stopped at Coquina beach and dipped our toes into the ocean for the last time this year.
Still Somewhat Early morning, Sunday September 26th: We got excited when we turned left towards Raleigh and mom and dad kept going straight! It was awesome, Only for a little bit though. There isn’t much to do when you are sitting in a vehicle, aside from sitting and looking forward, which I did a lot of. I’m so pro!
Morning, Sunday September 26th: We saw lots of cars with white towels hanging out the windows. The mystery. I checked on a website to find the meaning and I saw a funny explanation. It said “White is symbolic for surrender, a tradition started by the French” lol I though it was pretty funny. :)
Still Morning, Sunday September 26th: I broke a squeegee at the shell gas station that we filled up at, thankfully there was more than one. There was a lot of salt on our van. lol It is quarter to 11am
Unsure of the time for this one other than it was Sunday September 26th: We drove through pilot mountain (mount pilot) Pretty cool. eh? lol For all you Andy Griffith fans.
12pm we are in Fort Chisel VA
2pm in the afternoon on Sunday of the 9th month on the 26th day of the year 2010: we ate at a subway. They asked since we were from Canada if we liked Nickel Back. I'm like "uhhh, wha?" lol, apparently it is a popular band. Mustn’t be that popular, I haven’t heard of them. :P
I stopped keeping notes after that. There was a really cool skyline of a city on the way to Louisville. I think it was Raleigh.
I read a book called “None Dare Call it Conspiracy” It was a pretty good book. It was written in 1971, it deals a lot with American politics as well as international bankers and how these bankers use war to gain control of countries.
We got to Louisville around 5 or 6? One or the other. Can’t remember what I had the first day, only that it was good. I attribute my memory loss to my tiredness.
The second day, Monday; we did one counter which took most the day then came back to the house and had burgers. :)
On Tuesday we did two counters and we stopped for lunch at Qdoba, it was really good! :) Then we came back to the house and ordered in Chinese. :)
On Wednesday we stayed at the house and did some practicing around there. I also did some website work, which was nice. :) We then had Tortillas for supper.
On Thursday we left at about 4:30 – 5AM. It was a long drive. The skyline for Cincinnati looked really awesome in the dark!
After awhile Zack said I could get some sleep; I tried to take advantage of that, but to no avail. It was terrible. So I just looked out the windshield.
When we were an hour south of London I noticed Zack was getting tired so I told him I’d take over driving. I drove about 400km, Zack slept for a chunk of that then I let him take over again cause I was/still am exhausted from the lack of sleep.
We got home at 3PM. :D It is good to be back and on my real computer again. :) Laptops just don’t cut it, especially when they are 17”.
That is about it! I have lots more to tell but there is too much, ;) Ask me in person. k? lol
Cheers!
God Bless!
